We provide digital literacy classes, technical support and job training to both individuals and organizations of marginalized communities to excel in today's modern workplace.
The classes and training are provided both onsite and virtually in many topics such as: Everything Google, Microsoft Office, Internet Basics, Computer Basics, Smartphones 101, Intro to Emails, Social Media, Cyber Security, Computer Technician Training, Resume Writing, Cover letter writing, Interviewing Techniques and more.
Monique Russell is the founder and CEO of Exquisite Tech Services, Inc.
In addition, Ms. Russell is the Lead Instructor at the Queens Public Library. She is using both her technical and interpersonal skills to achieve upward mobility throughout the library and obtain a rewarding career in technology. In her spare time, Monique is the Executive of Global Communications for Take Your Sister 2 Lunch, Sisters Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit women’s organization. In 2007, Ms. Russell received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Information Systems Management from Berkeley College in New York City. Also, Ms. Russell is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist and holds multiple Global Digital Literacy certifications as well.
Additionally, Ms. Russell is a Co-author of the anticipated book - “This Is My Story: The Personal Stories of 6 Women Walking in God’s Excellence”. She is an active member in her church as part of the choir, praise team, and the community outreach team. Ms. Russell’s goals are to continue advancing her knowledge and career in technology, increase the number of minorities in the workforce by providing technical skills training, achieve additional Computer Science certifications, and establish other business ventures too. She has a passion for business, people, and self-development.
